Royalties, Possibilities...

We usually offer either one seat or multiple seat
(site, network) licenses :

The "single seat" license is for one user,
like the owner of a one man animation business,
who may use it on two computers, i.e.
for a desktop and a laptop, one person on one seat,
we will tolerate if a co-worker takes over (only one!) -
but one person at a time only.
No further "royalties" will have to be paid,
the renders (images, animations) you produce
are owned by you alone (the copyrights of the
original 3D data remain ours), fully commercial version.
The "single" license is valid for ONE YEAR only.
You can prolong your license by mailing support -
the price will be about one third of what
your original data set cost.

A multiple seat license has NO LIMITS
(if it is NOT an "EDU"-license)
it is a normal company or institution (site, network) license,
meaning that one entire company/organization/school may use it -
as many employees/students as they have - ! NO LIMITS
except that all EDU(School) licenses are of course
*non-commercial* multiple seat licenses...
No further "royalties" will have to be paid,

The validity of the "multi" license is UNlimted.

Now what is a developer´s license ?
We have special set versions available for 3rd party
developers - several educational 3d viewers
are already being developed worldwide,
using our P1 3d anatomy set.
In any case, it means that if you buy a developer´s
license instead of a simple one, you can sell
any results of your own work, animations,
models, whatever, in our shop and earn
quite some money,
also a Developer´s License is valid for three seats
instead of just one - a small team can easily work that way.
This license is also unlimited in time (validity).

If you have a project in mind,
we are the people to talk to.
We support plugin organs and custom textures,
there will be a dedicated shop soon
there is also a market for 3d CAD anatomy assemblies
in all the usual formats.
3D Anatomy items will sell better at OUR shop
than anywhere else, and even more so
if they are made fit to the P1 set :
there is a special license for development partners.
This is something we can eMail about or skype,
the start always being an informal eMail.

GENERAL DATA SET USAL CONDITIONS :

Models may not be passed on to third
parties *as 3d files*, but the animations
and pictures or any other "2-D" product
derived from them are yours to be freely used,
commercially or privately - if your license
does not deny you such use (there are
special non-commercial licenses
for educational purposes).
The sets may NOT be used
to create physical models by rapid
prototyping, die cast or similar processes.

3d data sets may NOT be resold, lent
or in any other way passed on or even
made part of a "collection", they do not
turn into "used items" by rendering etc.,
they are licensed to you alone (you can
purchase a license for multiple users
on demand, a small business
or a school license) and they are
not transferable - misuse of
our copyrighted content is a criminal
offense to be prosecuted.

If you want to integrate parts of the
3D models into 3D software of your own,
or a viewing application which you plan
to pass on to a third party, please mail us.
