Licence 3D Virtual Human Anatomy Content

LICENCE :

Your licence to use our product is a lifetime licence,
the same applies to company and EDU licences.
You can use your licence commercially in a team or
network of up to three (3) individual human partakers =
this is our normal Licence for the normal price,
variations see further below.

Your licence comes with free lifetime support,
the same is true for company and EDU-Licence owners
(we may have to adapt this last rule in the future).

Your Licence to use our products (software is always licensed,
not sold) is a "No Royalties" Licence,
you owe us nothing but the first payment
even if you make big money with your animations
or applications.

You can (with exception of the EDU-licences which are
even less expensive but non-commercial) our Data Packs
for scientific, construction, visual and multimedia products
like films and animations or illustratons,
advertising - there is no limit to the copies
you are allowed to sell and your creations
remain your copyright alone.

There are special licences for
a) Mass Render Use (unlimted number of users)
b) Implication in Applications (Smartphone, Web-Apps)
c) Creation of physical objects via Virtual Prototyping)
d) Educational Use (non commercial, 30 % Discount)
e) Educational Use (free - marketing effort required).

A MassRender Licence will typically cost 1.5 times as much,
an App Integration twice the normal price -
in any case do speak to us about marketing,
which can always be beneficial for all concerned.

What you cannot do : you cannot sell the geometries
and textures, the data itself - you are allowed to
make one copy (for backup purposes only)
but you can always contact us
to update (1 year free from date of purchase) your software,
upgrade or simply replace lost virtual items :
a Five Year Guarantee costs just $ 48.

You can sell your licence onwards or lend it
only complete with Original Packaging and / or
Licence Number (registered with us).

A License without Original Packaging can never
become a "used" item. If a Licence assumes to be
authentic but is unregistered
and without Original Packaging, we must of course assume
that an illegal copy is being sold.
